Honeycrunch Apple Tart

Ingredients :

  • 1 sheet shortcrust pastry
  • 3 Honeycrunch apples
  • 2 tbsp sugar
  • Cinnamon or vanilla flavouring
  • A few knobs of butter

Preheat the oven to 200°

Line a tart tin with the shortcrust pastry and prick all over with a fork.

Peel, core and slice your apples and arrange on the base of the tart.

Dust with sugar and a little cinnamon or vanilla. Dot with butter and bake in the oven for 30-40 mins
