- 6 apples
- 6 sticks of Carambar caramel
- caster sugar
Scoop out the apple cores using a corer, but do not cut all the way through.
Insert a stick of Carambar into the well of each apple.
Add a knob of butter to each apple and sprinkle with caster sugar.
Place in an oven-proof tin and bake in a pre-heated oven at 180°C for 20-25 mins.
